Refund Policy

Birthday Poster Maker Pro is a one-time ₹299 purchase that unlocks a digital licence key. This page explains when we refund it.

Try before you buy

The editor is completely free and unlimited. You can make as many posters as you like, in every free layout and theme, before spending anything. The only difference Pro makes is listed in full on the Pro page. Please use the free version first — that is what it is there for.

7-day refund

If Pro is not what you expected, email support@birthdaypostermaker.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason. Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

It didn't work

If the key does not unlock, or Pro features are not behaving as described, that is a bug on our side. Tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer — the 7-day window does not apply to a Service that is not working.

Duplicate or wrong payments

Paid twice, or sent the wrong amount by UPI? Send us the transaction reference and we will refund the extra, normally within 5 working days.

What we cannot refund

• Purchases more than 7 days old, unless the Service is not working as described.
• A key that has been published or shared publicly.

How to request a refund

Email support@birthdaypostermaker.com from the address you bought with, quoting the reference on your Cashfree receipt (or your UPI UTR). We reply within 3 working days.

Method

Refunds go back to the card, account or UPI ID the payment came from. We cannot refund to a different account or in a different currency.
