These terms govern your use of Birthday Poster Maker (the "Service"), operated from India. By using the editor you agree to them.
1. The Service
Birthday Poster Maker is a browser-based design tool for making birthday posters, cards, invitations and social graphics. The artwork is generated entirely inside your own browser using standard web canvas drawing. There is no account, and nothing you make is stored on our servers.
2. Free use
- The editor is free and there is no limit on how many designs you make.
- Free downloads carry a small watermark in one corner.
- Designs made on the free tier are for personal use.
3. Pro licence
- Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Paying gives you a licence key, delivered by email, which removes the watermark and unlocks the premium layouts, decoration packs, export resolutions and file formats.
- Your key is issued to the email address you paid with and works on any device you own. The unlock is stored in each browser, so clearing site data means entering the key again.
- Pro includes commercial use — you may sell or supply designs you make to clients.
- Do not publish, share or resell your key. We may deactivate a key that is being distributed, and will not refund it.
- We do not keep a record of your purchase beyond the email address the key was issued to. Cashfree holds the payment record.
- Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments, who send your receipt. Your licence key is issued once we have confirmed the payment against your order — usually within a few hours.
4. Your content
Any photo you use stays on your device — it is never uploaded to us, because the poster is drawn in your browser. You keep all rights to your photos and to the designs you create. You are responsible for having permission to use any photo, name or logo you put on a design.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to make content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that impersonates someone in a misleading way. You may not resell or rebrand the Service itself, scrape it, or attempt to bypass the licence check.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uptime. Because the editor runs in your browser, it keeps working while the page is open even if our server is not reachable.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Options may be added, changed or retired over time — a Pro key continues to unlock whatever the premium tier contains at the time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction.
